UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually appealing digital experiences for web and mobile applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and understand user needs, business goals, and project requirements.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Design high-fidelity UI designs aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency across products.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Solid understanding of UX research, usability principles, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Ability to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with design systems and accessibility standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
